What is the official policy on this and where can I find it? We have two printers at my store. One for mobile orders and one for coffees/ teas/ cafe orders.
My SM constantly prioritizes cafe printer over everything. Leaving orders incomplete and food waaaaay behind.
Everyone else looks at the times and tries to pull in order of when the order was placed....which is most fair in most of our opinion.
Like I know the cafe people actually made effort to come inside, but the mobile order people ordered ahead to "skip the line"....so like what's ACTUALLY standard?

well whether or not this is the right way, i do one each. so i’ll do cafe, then drive, then cafe, then drive. obviously this is when i’m solo barring, but it makes it equal to me, especially since i’m quick enough to do that

To make it in the order they’re received. Your SM is literally throwing off the mobile order algorithm so your customers are getting inaccurate wait times.
