Bean Stock Question- I started May 2021, so I should get my first grant this year (not vested). but I don't see it in my fidelity. any ideas? (i.redd.it)

I've gotten the notifications that my stocks scheduled to vest have done that, but not the notifications of the new grants being added yet, which to my memory is often near the end of November. I checked my account this morning and theres no sight of them. They typically post a communication on the Hub about it in addition to seeing it land in your Fidelity account to help make sure people know to accept them.
So nothing is odd yet. If we pass into December without notification of the new grants, that will get my full attention.

My Fidelity account now has a message that says "the 2022 grant has been made and will be visible on NetBenefits by December 9, 2022."

I was hired June 2021 and didn’t get any. The website says I should, however I called Starbucks and they said I wouldn’t qualify until 2023

After the vesting date, it typically takes up to 5 days to be deposited into the individual account. Check Monday or give fidelity a call then.
