So a partner that has been at our store for a few months (transfer) tends to grate my gears and makes me feel unsupported as a partner. This partner makes me feel like I can't do anything right and seems hellbent on proving others wrong.

Is it okay if I were to go to my store manager and ask to not be scheduled with this person? I don't work with them very often but when I do, I don't really have a good shift and they're supposed to be promoted at some point and I don't think I could work on their shifts.
