ASU questions (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by Rude_Wear
I’m a newish partner and wanted to know how I could go about getting in contact with asu to see if I can go to school through Starbucks program. I want to be an early education teacher and don’t know where to start. TIA

You can attend the open house virtual event! I did & they had specific chat rooms where you can directly get in contact with different people. This included Starbucks partners who finished the program, ASU advisors/enrollment specialists, Starbucks specific questions about ASU like eligibility, and the financial department of ASU to understand how SCAP works. My favorite was asking a partner how they managed their time wisely. They gave me great tips that I use regularly. I strongly recommend it! The person from ASU even helped me set up an appointment to talk further about my questions about the major I wanted.

just google ASU starbucks and apply for the school. they’ll usually ask for your partner numbers. once your admitted, the process goes like your going through normal college. you also have to fill out a fasfa.

just a warning though, you won’t be considered “eligible” for your benefits on your myASU home page until like the week your classes start. so don’t freak out about it unless classes start are your still considered ineligible.
