Does anyone know if when you quit as a SM and/salaried, if we get paid out for our unused vacation time like hourly?

You do not, I had to learn that the hard way. I thought you did since hourly partners do. However, since it is technically a “grant” they give you. You do not get paid out. I was expecting it after I quit, it never came, I went and contact PRSC and they showed me

Thanks! I had a feeling that we wouldn't.. Any advice on what to prepare myself for when leaving? I know selling my stock or I can lose it, but anything else?

Honesty if you have a lot of sick time and don’t plan on returning within a year, ask to take a couple of mental health days, my DM did so I could use some sick time. My theory was I earned it so I should take advantage of it. Yes deal with your stock, and if you are working on your resume, take a picture of the field ops guide for SM responsibility and build your resume around that. It was really helpful.
