Try turning it off under the mastrena, it's a the big glowing button and turn it back on it sometimes helps

trust me when i say u aren’t missing out fr. they honestly suck. only good thing about them is they hold all signature, blonde AND decaf beans. other than that there’s legit always something wrong with them no matter how well u treat them lol
