We recently got the credit card tipping step added to our card readers but we have continuous issues with the touch screen not working in Drive Thru. We believe it could be due to passing it out in the cold? Has anyone else experienced this issue?

This happened to us today too, you have to reset it on the card reader itself and not the whole system. Apparently there is a button on the card reader that resets it, this is what the help center told us!
