Do you only get the "trainer bonus" (pay for training someone) if they complete their training? What's the protocol on this? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Bascially what the caption says.
I became a trainer recently(!) but not only do I not know what I'm paid, I also don't know when I'm paid and what rules apply to said pay. Our SM is very spacey and dances around information, and I got a different answer from all of my other partners. She doesn't really tell us anything.
I've been with Starbucks almost 6 months, and I just started training a returning partner but they have since ghosted us after 1 week of training, likely due to the poor timing they had joining right as holiday launch started :/ do I get paid for that week of training at all?
Do they have to complete their training, stay with the company x months, I have no idea, someone help!
[Sorry if this sounds badly worded, just got off a mid shift and we were out of all our milk besides nonfat, what a week this has been.]

They have to finish their computer training for you to get the training bonus.

They have to complete their full training before the bonus can be processed, but you will get paid for the hours you worked like normal, the “trainer bonus” is an additional $100 that you get upon their completion of training

The trainer only gets a bonus ONCE the barista is certified by the store manager, meaning they completed training and passed their skills tests. Some managers will release the bonus once training is over. Others wait. It depends on your SM. However, the bonus is $65 and only given once the training is complete. There is no bonus if the person skips out or jumps ship before training is finished.

they have to have all modules done and might still have to work at the store for minimum of 14 or 30 days.. for sure the modules tho!

Some managers will give you the bonus if they have completed at least a few days I think?
