I really thought this would be about the annoying beeps on the ovens. I can tune them out.

On the functions screen there should be a button to adjust volume and brightness. It's a little finicky and might tack a couple goes to get the new settings to stick, but I find it helps to select "default" first and navigate away to a different tab and then go back and adjust to the desired setting.

It's always the first thing I do after a system update. I hate the beeping.
