He does not post the schedule until 12-6 hours before the first shift the next day. He doesn’t edit them he just does the final one last minute

If you work for a corporate store the standard is to have 3 weeks of schedules posted by 8pm on Monday.
This is a rule.
I hate that there are managers who do this to their teams. I promise there are great managers out there!

Unfortunately my store is licensed but I would be happy with 24 hours notice. As an opener it’s inconvenient to wake up at midnight-3 in the morning the view the schedule and then be up by 5-6
