My manager (literal idiot running our store to the ground) made our store. The store. The store that lets the shitty customers get the cup… the red cup…without purchase of a holiday beverage.
Next year my store is the reason that customers are going to harass you for a red cup with their caramel macchiato.

one of the other stores in my district was allegedly doing this and im so over it. they also send us barely trained baristas so really they're not doing anything positive for the district.
