Okay so my manager is saying hoppers need to be emptied, vacuumed, and cleaned every night. But the cleanliness manual says to only empty them and wipe them down. I’m just curious what you guys do at your stores nightly cause cleaning them in the sink every night seems like a lot, but only wiping them with a dry rag doesn’t seem like it’d make a difference.
