I think maybe this isn't what they actually wanted. Had someone order a "vanilla cream" in the drive yesterday with these same mods. I thought they meant vanilla cream cold brew and the DTR thought they meant a vanilla cream (the steamed milk drink). But after I jumped in and went back and forth with them, because everyone was confused, they finally said the word "frozen". Turns out they wanted a vanilla bean cream frappuccino with these mods. Sometimes you really have to grill the customer because there is a lot of crossover between very different items.

did they request a "vanilla cream?" because I had something similar where they asked for all that but said the base drink was a "vanilla cream" and I assumed the vanilla steamer (asked them if it was the hot drink at the box, they said yes, clarified again at window, they said yes) and then when we handed it they said it was supposed to be frozen 🙃 not to mention it was like a 13yo ordering it and she kept being rude at the box because she WOULD NOT speak up so I asked her to please speak up and repeat so she started yelling it and went way too fast and it was just a BAD customer experience

some lady came up to me with the actual tiktok and it was in spanish and it in fact said the words “vanilla cream” but i was so tired and i straight up said “no, we don’t have that”. the person that made the tiktok isn’t even a partner and called it a barbie frap

When I just threw up in my mouth it tasted better than whatever that is...
