Someone ordered this once but thought Mocha meant coffee, we asked when she came into the drive thru and we remade it for her telling her it's just our chocolate sauce lol

Similar story i asked my boyfriend what drink he wanted from Starbucks and he said a peppermint coco and i got him a peppermint mocha and he taught me that mocha implies that there is coffee and chocolate 🤯

A woman at my store asked if any of the holiday drinks were Keto and I had to ring up a Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte with no sugar cookie, sub sf vanilla, sub heavy cream as the milk and no topping. So many loops for a red cup.
