in all serious though, i wish our management staff had this type of relationship with us. i wish they treated us as human beings, and not as people who exist to make them look bad

Seeing people get kicked out for bad behavior might inspire others to act like decent people.

Oh I would have ripped him a new one! I was in that kind of mood on my shift.
We also had a busy day and were down some staff due to illness. We did our best and as I was handing off drinks I very loudly said “thank you everyone for your patience we appreciate you” and I think it helped.
