Most people are the best teammates when they are provided adequate rest and time to manage their needs. I don’t think they get paid nearly enough to be told they aren’t allowed to feel burnt out.

Dude majority of managers still work the floor/have other things to do. There are business analytics, inventory concerns, and customer complaints to deal with (some complaints are serious, my manager stood up for me when I was called racist for saying I wouldn’t give her a 50 cent peach water due to policy). They’re probably also dealing with every partner blowing up their phone at 2am because their bumblebee died and they need bereavement pay.
