I just pour all 3 into a shot glass and then pour it in. It’s 4oz free total but 4 of each milk. Our milk para have been so off lately

And then they’ll complain when their coffee is cold. I had a lady do this to me yesterday and obviously I remade her drink but when I handed it out I explained when she adds a ton of milks it’s very much going to make her coffee cold 🙃 she was like oh okay that makes sense! Lol

my store does charge because when you steam milk or breve for coffee you’re no longer doing the standard build. like we our completely putting our hands on it so we just charge for whatever milk we have to steam. Like just get a misto if you want more milk and hot coffee 😭

Maybe introduce them to a cafe misto? Then they get warm steamed milk and can use 50 stars which tends to make customers happy

I’m in Cali and every store definitely serves decaf pike but it’s up to the baristas to actually do the pour overs rather than giving them a decaf americano. For one of my regulars tho I’ll do a quad decaf long shot in a tall and it fills it up perfectly for his light breve.

I’ve worked at a handful of Cali stores and only one brews decaf-and just on the weekends. I definitely want to try your long shot hack though-good suggestion.

At my store honestly we take pride in doing exactly what people ask for, and we don’t ready brew any decaf but if you ask for a decaf Pike we’re going to give it to you and not be lazy and do a decaf Americano. I only do the long shots because he’s in our store every day and we tried it out a while ago and he actually really liked it.

We only make it when we have higher ups coming in so it looks like we have it. Otherwise we’d be remaking it every 15-30 min just to throw it out.
