My fave is on Sundays after church/10am people will order something for everyone in their van. This means ~8 sandwiches/heated items +drinks (usually at least one frapp for a child) and then people will be pissed when the line is slow. We have two tiny ovens with 2 items being the capacity of heating at a time. Starbucks' two tiny ovens thing is my biggest gripe with the company. Like... Why?? (This ended up being long oops.)

We really do need more ovens...it doesn't make any sense. Thankfully we're not a drive thru store but we just had stores close down around us and our mobiles/deliveries have ramped up a lot AND someone called out this morning so we had a two floor most of the day. I was very happy when I was done for the day :) Lol.

TWO FLOOR??? Congrats on making through! That sounds like it was incredibly stressful. I'm still a greeney bean and anytime I'm left alone for drive thru AND bar I am very overwhelmed. It usually only happens in the morning before the next person comes in and I get to stay at drive. It's freezing in drive now tho 🙃
