We have had problems with this family before about trying to get free large portions of milk but mostly leaving their trash in our cafe Al over their table and making a big mess and never cleaning it up. We have had severely conversations with them and another family member that normally doesn’t come inside or talk with us comes in the drive thru. He orders two doppios and a cheese danish and that was it. He comes up to the window and yells “how much?!” Right as I open the window. And before I could even say anything. I tell him his total and before he grabs it I see he is on a FaceTime call and he is point the camera at me and I can see my face in his phone. I was livid! I told him “do not point your camera at me I don’t want to be on your call and you didn’t even ask” and he was like “ok I’m sorry” and I was so mad that I said “I accept your apologize but do not do that ever again because that makes me super uncomfortable” and he just shoved his cash in my face and was like “ok! HERE! Take the money already!” And I was even more livid and told him “no sir, you will not speak to me like that. If you are going to continue to yell I will cancel this order and I will be more than happy to get my manager so I can explain to her your behavior.” Right as I said that, he did a 180 and became super polite and meek. Like wtf dude like why?! Ugh I hate this family so much and I wish we could ban them!!

Oh no it’s not that but we have reported them to our manager for so many different reasons and the fact that they are not listening to us when we talk to them about what is not acceptable. And honestly nothing else is being done and I’m going to try and talk to the DM because this is ridiculous and I’m so tired of them and so are other partners

I personally would refuse to serve them until management kicks them.

It is LITERALLY in training that SSVs or managers should be telling the customer they need to respect the third place, or they will be asked to come back when they feel like they can do so.

Incident report, incident report, incident report. File one every time they come in so that there is a proper paper trail.
