He definitely doesn't do any actual work. I've seen plenty of his videos where is his making some dumb drink and his coworkers are in the background actually doing their job.

Makes me wonder if he’s not just a normal store partner. Maybe Starbucks hired him to be a social media rep and that’s why the stuff he does doesn’t make sense. Starbucks has been pretty counterintuitive with their social media the past five or six years. They post a lot of stuff that looks great* from the customer perspective, but just causes issues down the road. And a lot of the stuff they post is stuff that we would get fired for if we actually did it. Like, can you imagine actually making drinks as slowly as they do in all the official Starbucks social media posts. If you really actually went that slow your manager would be giving you a warning. And they’re often out of dress code too with hoodies and watches and bracelets.
