Unless you’re taking it all the way out to the dumpster, take both bags.

If you just put it into the outside bin and then someone else takes it out, and it rips on them, then you’ve caused a huge possibly avoidable mess that someone else now needs to clean up. The nondairy milk cartons, stir sticks, etc can rip the thin bags pretty easily and having it double bagged helps lessen the risk of tears and resulting messes

Pls double bag ! Nothing ruins my day more than getting trash juice in my shoes because the trash bag broke.
