So my store finally got the new card readers, but it doesn’t even come with credit card tipping ): I’m glad that this machine is faster, but super bummed to not get the option

You will, let your manager know it still isn’t showing up. They did a staggered roll out so it didn’t crash, it SHOULD have updated by now but technology is often unreliable.
