i just try to be very thorough and go thru each drink. also giving them a "cheat sheet" (ie chart/cups with the numbers for each shot/syrup written with each size). go thru each page of the register, etc. downside is, even eith all the extra time, if these things fall on a busy day of your store, you still might not have enough coverage

Having trained under the old and new training plans, this is the one thing I tell my green beans, “we are going to practice sequencing now. It’s like learning to DRIVE a car—don’t focus on drinks right now—that’s like knowing how to get where you are going—I want you to focus on doing the routine right. It’s okay to mess your drinks up while we practice, but -focus- on doing the routine right—the rest will come.”
