that doesn't look like full on grounds to me. there's a concept called "fines" that are just the very very itsy bitsy bits of coffee that dissolve into your drink and sometimes do settle to the bottom. nothing worth getting upset about, it's normal!

i guess i forgot to mention i’m also a partner, and the workers told me it was grounds LOL

let a shift know to call it in, the grounds should be filtered out pretty well so theres likely smthn up w the filtration system or some rust causing a problem!

That's normal, even at cafes that aren't trash like ours you will find some grinds in the bottom of your drink. Espresso isn't brewed through a paper filter but a metal filter basket, some grinds often get through the little holes in the basket when brewed.

I think that just happens tbh cause I’ve never not seen an espresso drink look like that after a while
