Have BEN hr requirements for health insurance been readjusted yet? (self.starbucksbaristas)

i know last audit they barely announced it the last week of that period but im seriously dying in hrs and dont have enough pto saved up to padd it out. pleaaaase let them have announced a temporary lowering of 460 again instead of the regular 520, it is impossible to get 20hrs a week unless you a shift or something. pls pls pls.

If nobody from your store has told you yet, the weekly update clarified eligibility is 450 hours for the 1/6/23 audit. It'll be 520 again next July.

aaaa thank you!! I'm going to go look when i go back tomorrow just to make sure/ see for myself, but that is a huge relief if so!

For sure! It's the 5-11 weekly update that has it! It's different from what's actually listed in the benefits guide that came out at the beginning of this year - they extended the 450 which wasn't originally planned.
