I find a lot of customers tend to say the name of things how it’s shown on the menu, like i promise you, I know you’ve head of latte before, no need to say caffe latte. Most notably, “whatever size is your medium”. Hm I’m not familiar with the word “medium” in fact it’s actually GRANDE, said no barista ever

Someone pulled up asking for “bacon Gouda egg bites” and I thought they were trying to combine the sandwich with the bites so I was like “oh I’m sorry those are two separate items, we have the bacon gouda sandwich or the egg bites” and she goes “yes I want the bacon gouda egg bites” just over and over again. I was so confused and apparently sis just couldnt read and thought Gruyère was Gouda
