Reminds me of the time of a lady in DT ordering a doppio, no caramel. Confused, I told her it doesn't get caramel or maybe she was thinking of a different drink. Instead, she's screaming at the speaker "Are you listening?! NO CARAMEL IN THE DOPPIO!" and sped off to the window. Paid, grabbed her drink, all while asking "No caramel right?! I don't want caramel in my drink!"

I still wonder what the shit was wrong with her.

This happens when they add a syrup, then remove it before submitting the order. Delivery apps often still flag it as a modified value, so it gets printed on the sticker.

i was thinking since this is happening soo much, maybe they put that they had a nut allergy or something so it automatically put that? (i know the syrup doesn’t contain nut)

When you select a syrup and than remove it, this will show up on the order.

I’m glad we haven’t turned on deliveries in so long lol
