Questions regarding time off (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hey guys, I work in one of the stores in Ottawa, Canada. I need to urgently request a time off for around a month this coming December. My only concern is I am not sure if the store will allow a time off for such a long time (approximately 3 and 1/2 weeks). Does anyone have an idea if this duration is acceptable?

You could ask for a leave of absence.

i got 2 weeks off at christmas and my manager said it was just under the maximum for time off. that length would probably have to be an LOA (Vancouver here)
