Have you contacted your manager to ask why? I know I accidentally deleted someone's shift the other week while editing the schedule. They texted me and I was able to fix it right away! Sometimes mistakes happen🤷‍♀️

Because the DM isn't holding them accountable.

It is stuff like this manager cutting hours that makes unions seem appealing.

I think once the schedule is published it is a contract or agreement between me and sbux and they have promised me these hours......

But...if I am 2 minutes late it is a big huge deal! I "cut" them 2 minutes but they can cut me whole shifts? or when a ssv is sick and the store closes cuz no one will cover for the sick employee...there I go losing more hours/pay..
