Hey I was wondering for Starbucks store who now get tips from cards on the reader, how is that money distributed( as in what is the process), does it go directly into my paycheck and also is there anyway to track those tips the partnerinfo or the hub maybe?

It goes directly on your paycheck and the amount is listed on your paystub.

What’s the difference between digi tips and credit card tips? The are both marked down on. The amount of credit card tips is the full amount we get for the 2 weeks divided by all the workers?

digital tips are any that come through the app, and all credit card tips should be distributed like any others, so total amount divided by coverage hours to find dollars/cents per hour and then multiplied by coverage hours worked that week for each person. it’s done automatically though so no one has to do it manually

The weekly pay is only for certain states. I wish they were going to do it in Nevada. When I worked for Petsmart we got paid weekly and it really made a difference!!

Someone mentioned on the other thread they were able to run a dept report for CC tips to see where they were at. I’m not finding that myself. Can someone tell me where to find that report? Or do I have to wait for payday to see our avg?

credit card tips are going to be distributed the same way mobile tips are. same as cash tips but it will be on your pay check. total tips/hours the store used and then depends on the hours you specifically worked.

Yeah at my store we had to go through the partner hub to put in the number of cash tips we got that week, and the mobile tips matched it. I didn't find out about it until my 7 month employed so that ENTIRE time I wasn't getting any of my tips from mobile orders. I'm transferring to a new store now, hopefully it's different in this state.
