Made it almost 4 years. Hired as a barista, promoted after 5 months to SSV, ASM for 9 months only to be demoted to a barista again after transferring. It was a journey and I appreciate all the people and partners that I had the ability to get to know. Found my best friends at starbucks along with my forever love.
It’s been a ride. From the unrealistic expectations, to the laughs and tears and burns. Starbucks needs to figure out if they’re a fast food company or a coffee shop, until then Goodluck y’all.
