So we have this one partner at our store who works DTO/DTR A lot. And I just. Can’t whenever they’re on there. Whenever something gets dropped on the floor whether it be a straw or cup or napkin or whatever they kick it under the counter with precisely zero attempts to pick it up or sweep it up. Even if it’s dead in drive.
And despite insisting they’ll get it later it never gets gotten unless it’s by someone else. The sheer amount of times we’ve coached them, and the sheer amount of stuff that gets under that counter. And the sheer amount of times I’ve gotten my hand/arm kicked as I grabbed the thing has been absolutely astounding and I hate it!
