basically title and just a small rant. he said it was terrible that we’re forcing people to tip …. 🙄 as if you can’t just click no tip. i promise we wont be offended if you don’t tip. it just felt so rude to make that comment to the people who serve your food and drink every day

Idk why anyone would think its forcing them to tip. Its not. They can literally click no tip. Its there as an option for people who dont carry cash and want to put a tip on their card (but dont have to)

I'm praying for the day someone has the Gaul to complain unnecessarily about cc tips just so I can make them feel as stupid as possible when I simply say "just press no then"

I wish I was the one on register when it happened because I literally would’ve just said “there’s an option for no tip”. my coworker on reg did give some sass to him about it tho

A regular who's otherwise pleasant was struggling with understanding what was going on because he didn't have his glasses so I tried to explain it and as soon as the word 'tip' left my mouth he angrly went "I'm not tipping ever!"
