Then when she got to window I hand her GRANDE drink (this important part of the story is the size) she said I said no whip and is non fat (we where super busy and understaffed) I said I’m so sorry he must not heard that but I can get that remade. (She hadn’t took first drink from me before she correct me so I kept it) I reread her drinks and said is there anything else wrong (read full drink anf size) because they working on drinks now (she correct bunch the milks) I said okay we get that fix. I put all her drinks in carrier for her. I go to hand them back after all finish. She said THESE ARE SUPPOSE BE VENTI I SPENT 25$. In my head I was like your just trying get free stuff cause you had 2 chance correct the size (cause when I read her order i even said at the end these all grande which is our medium size) and first one I went hand out was a grande. So I told her sorry they rang up as grande I said if you want fix anymore you need come inside my manger refund you and you can pay the difference. She drove off very angry then my sm said she done this last week as well
