Lol that's cuz all they care about is numbers and money. They have no idea what it's like in stores that's why when some people try Banning all sorts of unhinged customers, I've heard stories of DMs allowing for that customer to keep coming to the store. We had a customer incident recently and we called the cops on this person and the cops told us to not let this person come back to our store again and an incident report was filed and apparently the DM said that the customer is allowed to keep coming to the store. He started a fight with my SSVs boyfriend and they were outside and then when the guy got in his car to leave, he tried to hit them with the car. I was in the store when this all went down. This guy is a weirdo. Idk why the hell he's even allowed back but I think the cops told him that he should stay away from our store and not come back but then the DM is saying something different so they just have no clue how to handle stuff that happens in real life or at store level
