I’m a 3 year partner and have never worried about being scheduled on Christmas as it’s always been optional at my store. The SM has been approaching baristas who tried taking time off on Christmas Day since there wasn’t a holiday sign up list this year telling us we have to work. Has the policy on Christmas being optional changed? I’ve never worked Christmas as it was never required and I will have to rearrange family plans for that day if this is true. Are other stores not doing holiday sign up this year either? I’m sorry if this has already been asked!
