today has been the second time ive called into work sick and it hasnt been written down in the book/ communicated with the manager. i have been bedridden the past two days due to a horrible fever and i physically cannot come into work, and the thing i least want to look at after i wake up from a cold medicine induced nap is me being called a no call no show despite me calling in hours prior to my shift so they can find coverage 😭

its just frustrating at this point that its not the first time its happened. is this a problem at other stores? im assuming it has a lot to do with the lack of communication but god is it aggrivating.
