Keep practicing. Everyone sucks in the beginning. Focus on making your drinks to standard and keeping your work area clean. You'll get better. Try to woek shifts that allow you off peak time to practice. I have green beans bar from 430am-530am every day.

go on at slow times! i am so terrible at hot bar and i’ll be put on at slow times but there will be a rush or so and i’ll be taken off. no biggie!! we are learning , perfecting the craft! i love cold bar so far and i’m only so good at it because i spent an hour straight making frappuccinos. (not the best of course but it’s slowly becoming my thing) you will definitely get there though!!

Definitely bar time!!! you might have to be a bit of a squeaky wheel and ask ur SSV if you can get more practice on bar during slower times.
Also, even if you feel like it’s making you slower, sequencing does help in the long run (as annoying as that may sound)
