How are CC tips distributed? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Are they split up evenly between all partners, or are they based on how many hours you work (similar to cash tips)? I know they are paid to you on your paycheck, just wondering how they’re split. Happy thanksgiving everyone! Godspeed

My SM went over this with me yesterday. It's split by the day and if you work that day it's by the hours you work. Basically, they're making it out like you're making 18$ (an example) an hour instead of how the cash tips are done.

I’m pretty sure it’s same as cash tips. We aren’t getting CC tipping til December 15 🤌🏽
