What are “Partner Only” Locations? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I was just looking at a map for nearby locations to get a snack and a drink and I saw that nearby that there was a location for “Partners Only”. I was in NYC at the time. Does anyone know what this is or even work at a location listed as “Partner Only”?

Maybe it’s a training store that serves as a location just to train new partners only and doesn’t serve customers. They did that with a few stores in my area once they closed down before their lease was fully complete.
