Do we get time and a half on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve? (self.starbucksbaristas)

My manager posted a sign in the back room asking people to sign up for the holidays we will be open for. She said all of the days she listed we would get paid time and a half for. One of my coworkers however said Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve are not time and a half. Does anyone know the correct answer

Not the eves, just the day itself. You can also Google "Starbucks holiday pay" or something to find the company-provided list. Federal Holidays only

Now I know to never sign up to work Christmas Eve because it was so busy and chaotic. Thanksgiving was such a chill shift I’d much rather come in the day of.

US Starbucks Holiday Pay includes: New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, MLK Jr Day and Juneteenth.
