How a multi billion dollar corporation doesn’t have some sort of answering service is beyond me.
Lemme just drop everything and answer the phone while I’m 2 bodies short and busier than normal. Lemme just answer the questions you could have EASILY found answers for online or on the app.

someone called a few days ago the convo was:
me: Hi this is starbucks _______, how can I help you?
customer: Hey can I get 2 bacon gouda’s and a caramel frap?
me: unfortunately I cannot take your order over the phone, you can definitely place a mobile order or come through the drive through though, we’re open til 9!
customer: so then why is your store phone number online if I can’t order from it?
me: 😀

On a holiday I will answer “thanks for calling (location) Starbucks open until 8 tonight , (me) speaking”.. saves a bit of time.

I had a guy call and ask for a traveler. Typically, we do not take orders over the phone. However, we make an exception for travelers occasionally. The guy said two travelers by 11.
12 rolls around and he naturally wants his travelers remade because they’ve been sitting for an hour. I said absolutely no way and that next time he should just mobile order them or come in an order them. I’m not dumping a gallon of coffee down the drain because you have poor time management skills.
