Hi!! So I’m an ex starbucks partner and I signed up for the ASU program before they paid for your tuition upfront. Which means I had to pay out of pocket…. However I never did I never got reimbursed for any of the courses I took then, granted they were on and off but for at least 3 semesters I paid out of pocket and had a Pell grant cover whatever it could. This was years ago and I still owe ( over $10k) and I do not wish to pursue my degree with that school any longer and I’m no longer a partner. I’ve gotten the runaround from admissions, finance office, my success coaches etc. If I pay out of pocket for what I owe how likely would I be reimbursed from Starbucks?? I passed all my course and withdrew from 1. Who should I try to contact ? Most of the charges are non resident tuition and late fees because I’m not sure if I should pay or not.
