Kinda, Back in 2018 tarbucks near me was $15/hour no tips. I worked at a grocery store starbucks & got paid $10.50 + tips & the tips at that store were fucking bussin’ ($30-$50 every pickup)

i used to work at a target and our specific tip policy was "no, unless the customer insists" (and then we had to report it to management but we did get to keep the tip).

when i started, target had a higher base pay than starbucks, but at the moment both stores are 15/hr base pay so...
