i’d like to get my black apron, could someone tell me more about their experience whilst training for it & if the black apron is worth it?

My store is doing it right now, and assuming it’s the same across the board, it’s been so fun. A few people in my store are doing it and we are doing it together with our SM. It’s been so nice to do the coffee tastings and bond over coffee ! My certification is on Monday 💖

You do learn a lot, but a lot is Starbucks propaganda so it's better to not rely on just Starbucks for coffee knowledge.
As cool as it is to wear a black apron, I think the fun challenge is not getting anything on it while working because whatever it is will stick out.
