Lmfao throw back to this customer absolutely have a fit we didn’t have her regular drink. Like o think she was trying to be cute and funny but she literally looked like a toddler
Meanwhile our regulars (who saw the event unfold) drink got discontinued, just laughed cuz she hadn’t had hers in months and never behaved that way

My standard is, “oh no! I’m so sorry! There is a regional shortage on peppermint, we order it but they don’t give us any! And we can’t beg, borrow, or steal it from another store! Everyone is out!”
