At my store there is one supervisor who dosent do anything way needs to be done and say rude thing and insults other baristas not just me but all of my coworkers. Never is there on time to open the store just Alot of issues. Now I would go to my store manager about this but they are friends. They are besties. Now someone had tried talking to her and she found excuses give said person a write up. How can I report her.

Wow-I think you may be at my store because we have this exact situation. People try to complain to the SM but they get all defensive and won’t hear anything negative about the one SSV who doesn’t pull their weight.

Document everything! Someone says something? Document! If you can, find out if it is legal for single party electronic documentation (I.e. video and audio documentation) for the purposes of documenting harassment.
And then document!
Harassers often try to make you feel like you are crazy! Ask someone adjacent but not involved (if possible) to talk about what you see. If you are in agreement about the situation, then document!!
No one eserves to be harassed at work by their higher-ups!

This exactly like a morning shift supervisor at my store. If you can change your availability to not work with her that's your best bet in this situation. That's what I did.

I don’t think there’s really anything to do. If u go to partner resources, the sm will now be on ur case and try to write u up. I’ve been in this situation before and gotten fired. I eventually got back with the company but it’s very hard.
