No jokes, cops called, he hit my wrist pretty hard because his latte had “too much foam” and I reached to take it back cuz he hadn’t taken a sip yet so I was just gonna pour some out and steam more milk… got smacked instead. On the bright side, some of my co workers basically bum rushed the guy but he got away so they got his car plate. Loved today. Can’t wait to go do it all again tomorrow :)

That is freakin crazy. Are people dumb? Like he assaults u and some people have that reflex where they would automatically hit back out of being startled and if u did that to him, i bet he would have a tantrum and try to press charges or get u fired. No, this isn't what we should do. These people absolutely should be held accountable and learn there are consequences to their actions. I understand that the victims probably just want it over with , but if this helps prevent that asshole from attacking someone else and makes them suffer for their actions, we absolutely should.
Had a coworker at my former grocery store job get attacked and they offered to let press charges. She didn't. Sadly the stupid store didn't ban the damn asshole either

I've worked in customer service for over 25 years. I always press charges or it seems they never learn and someone else has to pay the price.
\*Twice they've been arrested and got out with time served (24 hours) but once the state prosecutor called me and gave me options and I got MONEY from one of these assaulting fuckers, like $400, lol.

I'm lucky I never was, but I absolutely will press charges etc of I ever am.
The lady who attacked my friend, she threw a 2 liter soda bottle at her! It was caught on camera and everything. I wish she pressed charges, but the store should have banned the asshole. Charged or not, she is literally on camera attacking someone, that should be an automatic ban. And she still shops in the store. So frustrating.
