320 here as well. I just commented to a fellow partner I was feeling a little burnt out too.. I spent the next shift trying to take extra time connecting with my regulars and handing out stickers to the little humans that came in. Their smiles and the conversations helped breathe some positivity back into me.

I try to focus on the parts I really enjoy the most, and also realize that most of the time it really isn’t too bad when I take a step back and don’t listen to the voices wanting me to stress.
Also, I have found buying random small stuff can really help morale. Like I bought some hot sauce when we ran out of it siracha, or I randomly buy boxes of assorted snacks and people love that, so it helps set the tone for the whole shift.
