i applied 4 times through starbucks offical thingy and applied through a 2 party job website and got a call the next day💀

When I was trying to get a job at Starbucks, I had to call my store several times and I walked in 1 or 2 times. I would first recommend calling. Give them your name and just let them know you put an application in online. Then ask to talk to a manger about it. For me this took a couple of calls because my manager wasn’t always in. I also walked in a little while later since I had no returned calls. Eventually they finally got back to schedule an interview. But I think you would give a better impression being persistent for an interview. Starbucks receives a lot of applicants and the extra effort of contacting them first makes you stand out better, especially if you never have had a job.
